You know how you will occasionally see "free gift!" offers like gift certificates or even ipods and TVs when you "complete this survey"...except there's always this giant *asterisk* next to the offer? (You have to send money or buy a subscription, then I'm sure you never actually get the "gift".) Well, today I saw the strangest free gift ever. I never fill it out, as you are likely selling all your information over to the company. The free gift "simply for completing this survey!" was a Jupiter 355 Oboe, "worth $1750!" It even had all the specs on the instrument, including low B-flat, plastic body, etc. Very strange!! How many people would sign up for this free oboe?? Well, if you want to, go for it, and let me know if an oboe comes to you in the mail.
