Wear Red!
In honour of "National Wear Red Day" (today!) to bring awareness to heart disease in women, I decided my reeds would wear red. (Also representing V-day and Valentine's day!) Have your reeds wear red today...and if you don't make reeds, wear red yourself. This particular reed (English horn, for those who may not see the difference): K.Ge cane, Glotin tube.

Canada has Red Fridays. Apparently there are four groups advocating red fridays (type red friday into wikipeda). Three have to do with the war, one for Heart awareness. Hmm.. popular colour.
